Shopora is a conversational AI-powered mobile application designed to act as your personal online shopping agent, helping you find and purchase products from various vendors across the United States and Canada.

Age information may be shared if required by the vendor for age-restricted items, subject to legal requirements.

With Service Providers: We engage third-party companies (e.g., cloud hosting, AI services, analytics, customer support) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security agreements.

Product Restrictions:
Users Under 21: Are strictly prohibited from attempting to purchase or receive Alcohol (Beer, Wine, Spirits), Tobacco and Nicotine Products (Cigarettes, Cigars, E-Cigs, Chewing Tobacco like Zyn, On!), Cannabis/Marijuana Products (including medical, edibles, vapes), Cannabis-infused Beverages, Delta-8/Delta-9 Products, and certain over-the-counter medications (e.g., Dextromethorphan-based cough medicine where restricted).
All Users: Are strictly prohibited from attempting to purchase Firearms, Ammunition, Lottery Tickets, or engage in any form of gambling through the Service.
Enforcement: We use age information provided and potentially other methods allowed by law to prevent the purchase and delivery of these restricted items based on user age and delivery location regulations. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may lead to account termination.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, Canada, or other locations where we or our service providers operate. We ensure data is treated securely and appropriate safeguards (like standard contractual clauses) are in place for international transfers.
